Human Resources Policy 

 

Our company has formed condusive cognition of respecting knowledge,valuing talents. We have standardized and regulated the management work by the establishment of a complete set of mechanism of talents introducing, cultivation, position assignment and evaluation of contribution.

 
1、Development of labor force
  Our company abides by the principles of Human resource by staff training and practise combined with talents introducing. The aspects of evaluating the potential talent are, moral, honesty and plasticity, plus theoretical education and professional skills.
We aim at fostering a team of professional elite members of learning,innovation and devotion, and gradually towards upgrading the quality of all staff.

2、Introducing fresh blood
  Our company is introducing new employees and has been enrolling graduates from relevant academic colleges. We need talents majoring in Civil Engineering, Wood science, Forestry, Materials, Language, Computer,etc. with sufficient work experience. We hope new staff could optimize talent structure and release more power.

3、Postion Employment
Our company has implemented position employment system based on performance and ability combined with salary and bonus. Applicants competing with each other for Key positions by public tests and selection. What we want is the position is right within the power of the person.

4、Employee training
We set up annual training scheme, we invite some experts to lecture in our company from time to time. Our company also fund superior employees to take courses of management,sales or technics in local college.

5、Employee management
   HR dept is creating Employee Records by means of the computer data base and evaluate every employee for his performance every year which is connected with his yearly bonus.
   It is a crucial point to get close with the thinking, work progress, living situation,etc of employees and creat satisfied work condition for them.

6、Performance-salary policy
  It is important to make contribution to the company for every employee and make company the place prior to home. The salary will increase to some extend every year to encourage motivation and productivity. Any employees with effective contribution on managerial innovation, technical reform, R&D, and sales will be rewarded with commission at reasonable proportion. Vice versa, employees caused loss or damage of company benefit will be punished by deducting salary or bonus.
